My heart is full! It’s been almost a year since our family acquired Twisted Barrel and the word that continues to express our sentiment is “Thankful”! 

We continue to be blessed by the support and mentorship of the Tanner family! Also, our own family has been amazing! Thank you, mom and dad and Pam and Scott!

And, our wine club members are the best! Angelica Molettieri, you made me realize that we not only needed to sell wine, but foster friendships. Kevin Baird, your encouraging messages are always appreciated! Mark and Jill Cook, seeing you guys walk in makes us smile! Jackie and Bill Phillips, when we don’t see you for your weekly sparkling, we worry! Dom and Shari Parise, you make our love-seat look lovely! Marcia and Charles Berardi – your Friday night struggle through traffic just to meet our daughter meant the world! Abe Nyoka, when you and your infectious smile walk into the winery, the party begins! Brian Quesinberry – thank you for reminding us of the importance of customer service! Jim Vickerman, we appreciate you taking our wine on your vacations – we’ve enjoyed the scenery! And to our precious friends, Jack and Marianne Karver, John Moniz and Alvin Costa, who have helped us on the bottling line numerous times, we love you guys!

To all of our other sweet customers and wine club members – we so appreciate your support and are truly “thankful” for each and every one of you! 

As for business, we do have some exciting things coming up in November. We will be offering a 30% discount on all full cases of wine throughout the month. We will be offering a 50% discount on cases of Cabernet Sauvignon, Symphony and our Brut and Rose Sparkling on Black Friday only, from noon to 5 pm. And lastly, we have 10 tickets left for our Wine-Maker’s Dinner on November 18. We will be pairing some of our best wines with food prepared by Ignis Provisions. Special guests Verl and Mark Tanner as well as Brock Warmerdam will be sharing their wine expertise. Tickets are $50 – call the winery if interested. 

I apologize for the length of this month’s newsletter. I usually try and keep these somewhat short. But, as stated earlier, my heart is full! This Thanksgiving, please know how very thankful we are for your support of Twisted Barrel Winery!
