All is calm, all is bright…

One hundred and forty two bottles! That’s the number of wine bottles that make up our spectacular wine bottle Christmas tree. It takes a couple of hours to put together and I was reminded how thankful I am for Joyelle as she  climbed atop our table and balanced glass and metal to create our tree. My job was handing her the bottles. Thank goodness for the young and brave!

As we finished decorating the other day, I was once again caught up in the magic that Christmas brings. There is always a moment of awe when the lights are dimmed, the tree is lit, and everything seems to sparkle, I was also reminded of the joy this Holy season brings! So many of you stop by during Christmas with goodies to share, stories to tell, memories to re-live and traditions to exchange. And we love every bit of it! While Twisted Barrel is our family business, the friendships we have created with so many of you are a priceless asset! Thank you!

December at the winery has been exciting with our Barbera, Syrah, Teroldego and Petit Verdot being back in stock. These are Brock’s 2022 vintages and he is very proud of how they have turned out! He also has a new Malbec he is showcasing. Our Christmas Open House will be the weekend of December 21 and 22 from noon to 5 pm. We will have some homemade Christmas cookies and treats to pair with your favorite wine. In addition, we will also be offering 30% off all cases of Brut, Brut Rose, Symphony and Chardonnay, making it a great time to stock up for New Years! We hope you can stop by and share some holiday cheer.
