Charbono is a disappearing varietal, there is probably only a couple hundred acres planted in the US!
We barrel aged this wine for 3+ years, then it was bottle aged for 5 months.
Fruit forward on the flavors and lightly oaked, great with BBQ, bold cheeses and tomato based dishes.
